He is increasingly seen as a dangerous international menace, corrupt, vindictive and lethal, badly advised, lacking in political judgment, a threat to international peace and security, a liability to his own people and to Russia itself.

But when you read something from the State Appellate Division Court, you often have a feeling of truly great literature — so subtle, ironic, precise ... OMG

it would be a great commercial idea to publish them, if they wouldn't be already available for everyone free of charge
